Mr. Aminul Hakim has long years of experience working with large scale Internet Service Provider (ISPs) both in the technical and operational capacity. He has experience of implementing numerous large scale projects. As Chairman of ISP Association of Bangladesh, he has advocated for numerous ICT Policies and Guidelines for effective network and business operations in the telecom sector. He has helped to form numerous forums and non-for-profit organizations for capacity building of the ICT communities such as bdNOG, which works to build better Internet, and bdCERT which works for building secured Internet.
